Let's get some well needed knowledge out in our beer drinking community. Belgium is the next great frontier of beer consumption. Although, most beer advocates already know this great discovery and have been drinking them for some time, many others are intimidated by the simple fact of Beer Fear. "Beer Fear" - defined is kinda like those people that say: they are intimidated by computers or technology in general or Beer Fear the fear of un-known beers. So, in the short diatribe of useless knowledge I would love to hear what people out there are drinking and what we all should try......... I start it off with

Chouffe Houblon Dubbelen IPA Tripel - This beer is a kinda of a rogue Belgium made of (3) different hops from America; Tomahawk, Amarillo and Saaz. To smell this beer is like being catapulted to the middle of a pine forest. The aromas of the combined hops is a sensational for the senses. Remember this beer is still a Belgium and not a DogFish Head 90 minute IPA, so as totally hypnotizing is the nose, it's time to get this puppy in the mouth and it is all Belgium here, lush and polished are the atypical fruits and spices. What I absolutely love about Belgium is it's complexity that set it aside from (in my opinion) all other beers throughout the world. This beer delivers and at 9% alcohol it is smooth and goes down easy. Oh did I mention it is sold by the 750ml size at Everett's for 7.99
